Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pumpin Pal gear, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
